The Canadian Listed Company Association is here to represent the Canadian listed companies. We are committed to help you understand the new and continuously evolving regulatory processes of the Canadian Exchanges and the Canadian Securities Administrators. We are here to provide knowledge on how these entities affect you and most importantly to provide Issuers with the most effective means to respond to those challenges by providing advice, education and liaisons.
The Canadian Listed Companies Association (CLCA) is an independent and voluntary non-profit organization established in 1995. The members are Canadian listed companies are CEO's, advisors, Directors and services providers to listed companies. In 2010 the CLCA will be renewing its campaign to enroll members. In the past it has represented between 200 - 400 paid members and distributed newsletters and surveys to over 2,000 public companies. In the recent months CLCA has held two free education seminars on topics of interest with an attendance of well over 300 people.
